• Shipped to the address provided at checkout
• Delivery times may vary based on location

5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

• All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout
• Prices may change at any time without notice
• Payments must be completed before product delivery
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Due to the nature of digital content:

• All eBook sales are final
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products
• By purchasing, you expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal once the download or access begins

7. PHYSICAL PRODUCT RETURNS (HARDCOVER BOOKS)

a) Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

b) Refunds

• Refunds are processed after inspection
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

c) Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@callhercc.net
• Include photos and order details

8. SHIPPING

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery
