We ship hardcover books worldwide, and eBooks are delivered digitally via email or download link — typically immediately after successful payment.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
• You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched

Estimated Delivery Times

• Netherlands & EU: 2–3 business days
• United States: 3–5 business days
• International orders: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer

Tracking

If tracking is available, it will be sent to you via email once your order ships.

Returns & Damaged Items

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (hardcover books only)
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

If your book arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@callhercc.net with photos and your order number.

Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped. CALLHERCC is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
